15+ years analog/custom layout, 4+ years developing teams, Experience leading multiple projects, Experience with Tape-out, Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL, Expertise in Calibre DRC/LVS, Layout skills, Floor planning skills, Manual routing skills, Ability to build analog/mixed-signal layout team, Experience running Custom IC layout projects, BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering
