REQUIREMENTS: * Experience: 11+ years * 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Mendix (Expert Certified) * Proven experience in large-scale Mendix implementations (multi-app, multi-geo, mission-critical programs) * Deep expertise in Mendix application lifecycle management, cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) * Strong knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, SSO, GDPR, data compliance), performance optimization, and resilience design * Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/ESB * Experience establishing and scaling a Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE), governance models, and reusable component libraries * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage CxOs, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery Leaders * Experience defining and enforcing best practices, coding standards, and reusable components across Mendix programs * Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and composable enterprise architecture (preferred) * Experience in driving AI enablement and adoption within Mendix-based solutions RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and define end-to-end Mendix solution architecture aligned with enterprise IT and business strategies * Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Mendix applications * Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, APIs, and other enterprise platforms * Define architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and reusability frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption * Conduct solution reviews, performance tuning, and enforce t
