This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking healthcare solutions within a collaborative and innovative environment. ## What You'll Do: * Define EMC requirements and assess their impact on evolving product designs, ensuring alignment with applicable standards. * Analyze compliance margins throughout development and present findings during internal reviews and customer technical meetings. * Develop EMC plans, author test protocols, and coordinate execution at in‑house labs and accredited third‑party facilities. * Lead pre‑compliance testing, troubleshoot EMI/RF issues, and manage all aspects of formal verification testing. * Conduct certification testing to international standards, analyze results, and recommend mitigation strategies. * Support product development through root‑cause analysis, change‑control assessments, and representation of EMC design margins. * Maintain EMC capability by developing equipment needs, calibration plans, and in‑house test methodologies including wireless coexistence. ## ##
