**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD96478 **Position Overview** We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions across AWS, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect. This role focuses on building cloud-native services that extend Salesforce CRM capabilities and enable seamless data and telephony integration across systems. You will drive architecture and implementation of AWS-based integrations, including Amazon Connect solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and integration teams. The role requires hands-on leadership in designing robust data pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and aligning solutions with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AWS services, strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns, and experience with Amazon Connect.
