What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of professional development experience, Demonstrated ownership of large-scale. NET / ASP. NET systems whose architecture, performance, and evolution you were personally responsible for over time, ASP. NET Blazor UI experience, Deep expertise with Postgres, database performance tuning, schema design, and ORMs (especially EF Core), Proven ability to design, scale, and evolve enterprise-grade systems and distributed architectures, Track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team influence, Ability to operate independently, set direction, and drive execution in ambiguous contexts, Broad systems thinking with depth in multiple technical domains, Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them responsibly in product development, Startup mindset — adaptability, urgency, pragmatism, and comfort shifting between strategy and hands-on execution

What You'll Do.
Own architecture for major systems across backend
and application layers
Lead solution design for high-complexity initiatives and deliver production-ready implementations when needed
