What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 5–8 years of experience in employee relations or HR, significant investigation experience, knowledge of U. S. employment laws and regulations, Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and sound judgment, Significant experience managing complex terminations and structured employee exit discussions, Experience partnering closely with Legal teams on employment matters, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience drafting detailed investigation reports, Proven ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

global experience preferred, Experience supporting multi-state or global employee populations, Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to medical device organizations, HR certification (e.g. , SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)

What You'll Do.

Develop and implement employee relations strategy

Build frameworks for managing employee issues

and impartial investigations

Advise on performance management and disciplinary actions

Ensure consistent policy and law interpretation

Draft investigation reports and disciplinary documentation

Support employee relations training programs

Analyze employee relations trends

Collaborate with Legal

Assist in maintaining employee policies and procedures

Support audits and regulatory inspections

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partnering closely with HR and leadership; Act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and leadership; Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Quality teams

Communication Scope

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting detailed investigation reports
