This position involves working closely with several other teams including Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability and Regulatory. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting individual with experience in low-level embedded firmware design, AI development, AI regulation, and a passion for problem solving, debugging, and helping others. **You’ll get to:** * Lead the design and implementation of scalable, testable, and maintainable architectures that integrate advanced AI algorithms and autonomous system components into full stack solutions for operational systems. * Help define and implement policies and procedures for autonomous and AI implementations. * Act as the primary point of contact for the certification with the appropriate regulatory agencies for autonomous and AI-enabled products. * Technical oversight of suppliers producing autonomous and AI-enabled products. * Support real-time implementations of autonomy in embedded, virtual, and simulated environments. * Develop and maintain high-quality code for simulation, visualization, and full stack development for incremental delivery cycles. * Develop software test plans, procedures, processes, and reports for AI and autonomous system software. * Training and mentoring junior team members **The Perso
