Participants build the leadership, strategic, and commercial capabilities required to take on broader roles and future leadership responsibilities. **Roles and Responsibilities:** **Business Contribution & Role Delivery** * Perform the assigned role to deliver business outcomes while balancing programme requirements * Apply structured problem solving, data driven thinking, and sound judgement in execution **Job Rotations & Enterprise Exposure** * Participate in job rotations or stretch assignments within the function and across different functions * Quickly understand new operating models, stakeholder dynamics, and regulatory or customer contexts * Collaborate with diverse teams and leaders across the organisation **Strategic Action Learning Projects** * Work on real business challenges with visibility at senior leadership level * Analyse complex issues, develop insights, and propose practical, scalable solutions * Present recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders **Leadership & Capability Development** * Participate in structured leadership development modules * Engage in mentoring and coaching conversations with
