Global Technical Solutions is seeking to fill a Senior Electrical / Test Engineer who will be part of a high energy team focused on the development, integration, test, and maintenance of hardware/software used in Automated Test Systems for Collins Mission Systems. **What You Will Do** * Develop and maintain ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test software for a factory/production environment which exercises and analyzes hardware deliverable products * Develop and maintain ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test fixtures through circuit design, cable design, connector strategies, and top-level fixture design. Work closely with a PCB and mechanical designers, reviewing designs and participating in design reviews * Support cradle to grave efforts including requirements, design, integration, validation, verification, and maintenance of test hardware and software * Design high quality solutions that meet cost and schedule targets * High focus on DFM/DFS standards (Design for Manufacturability / Design for Serviceability) * Troubleshoot software and hardware as part of an integration team * Communicate effectiv
