3rd Shift (11pm - 8am), less than 10% annually travel, Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship, DoD Clearance: Secret, Ability to obtain INTERIM U. S. government issued security clearance

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree, minimum of 8 years’ prior relevant experience, Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing, Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers, Experience with leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts, Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship

Nice to Have

Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations, Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production/supplier/sub-tier supplier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications, Experience with Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS), Advanced Design System (ADS), Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer, Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, inertial measurement units (IMU) and Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver subsystems, Experience with subsystems integration and test, post test flight analysis, problem investigation, Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements, technical writing, formal presentation, and implementing Engineering Change Notices, Self-starter who’s capable of working independently as well as with a small technical team, Providing technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support, Prior hands-on troubleshooting experience
