What They're Looking For.
Must Have
AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), 10+ years’ experience as an electrical engineer within the built environment or infrastructure sectors, Demonstrated practical and theoretical expertise in electrical engineering, Proven experience in commercial or consulting environments, skills in concept and detailed design across a broad range of electrical systems, Ability to manage and deliver complex projects with multidisciplinary teams, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write technical content fluently
Nice to Have
Chartered Engineer / CPEng / RPEQ registration, or ability to obtain within 6 months, Exposure to business development, proposal writing, and marketing activities, background in project and design management, including budget management

**Title:** Principal Electrical Engineer - Building Services We are seeking a highly experienced **Principal Electrical Engineer** to join our team covering defence, transport and water projects. In this role, you will lead and deliver electrical engineering studies, designs, and specifications across a diverse range of infrastructure and building projects. You will work with minimal supervision, provide high-level technical consultancy, guide junior engineers, and manage projects and proposals.
