What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of electrical engineering experience, Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, Comprehensive understanding of APAC code requirements, Cross Discipline Design Coordination Experience
Nice to Have
Chartered Engineer or Master’s degree, Experience with fast track design-build projects, Experience with multiple significant upgrade projects, Ability to carry new design concepts through development, Willingness to think outside of the box
What You'll Do.
Respond to evolving user requirements
Lead electrical designs
Create coordinated construction documents
Participate in site selection reviews
Design critical data center equipment
Specify appropriate electrical equipment
Define site utility requirements
Ensure compliance with IEC requirements
Ensure compliance with APAC design codes
Review and approve equipment submittals
Provide technical support
Test and validate installation
Work on concurrent projects
Travel to sites for review
Work with onsite field engineers
Provide engineering evaluations
Provide electrical systems audits
Provide startup support
Be a leader within the global group
Be a leader within internal teams
Be a leader within external teams
