Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, Experience with integrated circuits, semiconductors, and passive devices, Knowledge of component selection, screening, qualification, and derating for use in military and aerospace flight applications, Knowledge of Component MIL drawings, standards, test specifications, and associated QPLs and QMLs, Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs

Understand program requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs) to determine program component environmental / characteristic application requirements

Provide technology insertion and parts selection/standardization guidance while adhering to business
