Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience., Leadership experience in developing certified aerospace products and managing significant technical projects., Demonstrated architecture creation with cross-domain collaboration for pursuits., Knowledge of Avionics regulatory and certification requirements: TSO, DO-160, DO-254, DO-178B/C.
Nice to Have
Optical or displays engineering background, enhancing your ability to lead in technical discussions and decisions., multi-mode communication skills, able to effectively coordinate across groups and influence senior management.
