## Accountabilities In this role, you will define and drive the technical direction of cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational maturity across engineering teams. Define the long-term cloud and infrastructure architecture strategy, including AWS platform evolution, scalability planning, and risk mitigation. Establish and enforce organization-wide standards for reliability engineering, observability, incident management, and SRE practices (SLOs/SLIs). Lead DevOps and platform strategy for CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and self-service provisioning frameworks. Identify systemic risks across infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud operations, and proactively drive mitigation strategies. Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. Own and evolve the developer experience roadmap to reduce operational friction and improve engineering velocity. Mentor senior and staff engineers, promoting best practices in architecture, documentation, and operational excellence. Requirements: This role requires a seasoned infrastructure leader with deep cloud expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to influence engineering direction at scale. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering with significant technical leadership impact. Expert-level knowledge of AWS services, including compute, networking, storage, and security architecture. Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, including module design and platform-level governance. Deep experience in reliability engineering, including SLO/SLI frameworks, observability systems, and incident lifecycle management. Proven track record of designing and scaling CI/CD systems and DevOps practices across large engineering organizations. Ability to define multi-year infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business and technical priorities. S
