Must Have

10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success roles, Experience working with system integrators or service delivery partners, Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, understanding of identity and access management concepts, Familiarity with enterprise SaaS deployment models, Understanding of partner ecosystems and implementation services, Ability to guide partners through complex technology implementations, cross-functional collaboration skills, Ability to evaluate partner capabilities and recommend improvement strategies, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work with technical teams, sales teams, and executive stakeholders

Nice to Have

Familiar with several programming languages (e. g. ,. NET, JavaScript, Python, Java), Familiar with open-source tools and development practices, Familiar with load balancers, reverse proxies, and Web Access Management tech (e. g. , F5, Oracle, NGINX), Familiar with AI GPTs

What You'll Do.

Leading and developing Okta partners to successfully deliver Okta services

Developing partner delivery capability within a defined product domain and regional partner portfolio

Ensuring service delivery partners are prepared to successfully deploy Okta solutions through capability development

and delivery oversight

Enabling partners to progress through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model and ensuring they deliver high-quality implementations

Scaling partner-led delivery while maintaining implementation quality

Developing delivery capability across the assigned partner portfolio

Guiding partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model

Identifying specialization gaps and recommending enablement paths

Supporting partners pursuing product specializations (OWI

Encouraging partner certification and skill development

Reviewing and validating partner go-live submissions

Classifying deployments according to Standard

and Strategic complexity levels

Ensuring deployments meet Okta delivery standards

Capturing delivery feedback from Professional Services and customers

Serving as the delivery advisor for sales teams when identifying partners for deployments

Recommending partners based on capability

and deployment complexity

Assisting in identifying partners capable of supporting complex customer architectures

Tracking ecosystem capability trends across assigned partners

Identifying gaps in partner expertise or geographic coverage

Providing recommendations for partner enablement and recruitment

Partnering closely with Professional Services on partner delivery quality feedback and co-delivery planning

Partnering closely with Alliances to support relationship management and service delivery partner recruitment

Driving and tracking partner adoption to post-sales enablement

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works cross-functionally with Professional Services, Alliances, Sales, and Enablement teams; Serves as the delivery advisor for sales teams; Partner closely with Professional Services on partner delivery quality feedback and co-delivery planning; Partner closely with Alliances to support relationship management and service delivery partner recruitment; Ability to work with technical teams, sales teams, and executive stakeholders
