What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in factory scheduling, optimization modeling, and discrete event simulation, Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering large-scale, production-deployed optimization or simulation systems with measurable operational impact, Expert-level knowledge in optimization (LP, MIP, meta-heuristics), Deep proficiency with solvers such as CPLEX/Gurobi, Applied knowledge in discrete event simulation and reinforcement learning
Nice to Have
Ph. D. preferred in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative discipline, Master's degree with exceptional industry experience will be considered, Direct experience with factory scheduling is highly preferred
