What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in data engineering, Databricks expertise, Delta Lake, Spark-based processing, SQL proficiency, Python proficiency, building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines, AWS, Azure, GCP, data services and infrastructure design, data modeling concepts, ETL/ELT patterns, distributed data processing, orchestration tools, Airflow, transformation frameworks, dbt, lead technical delivery, client-facing experience, requirements gathering, solution design, executive communication, navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, drive clarity
Nice to Have
Healthcare data experience, Epic, HL7, FHIR, claims data, CI/CD, DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code tools
