We have an immediate opening for a highly technical, strategic, and hands-on Principal MarTech Data Engineer to take ownership of our marketing technology and data privacy infrastructure. In this role, you will be the driving force behind critical, transformative projects that are instrumental to our company’s success. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in data engineering and is a natural problem solver. We are looking for someone who thrives on diving headfirst into complex challenges, learns new systems quickly, thinks outside the box, and is always willing to go the extra mile to build resilient data flows and ensure top-tier data governance. What You'll Do: CDP Architecture & Strategy: Own the technical architecture of our enterprise Customer Data Platform. Design the data models, event schemas, and identity resolution rules required to build a unified customer profile that powers real-time personalization and orchestration. Data Integration & Pipeline Engineering: Architect and build scalable data pipelines connecting various internal databases, product telemetry, and third-party SaaS applications into the MarTech stack. Extensively utilize APIs, webhooks, and SDKs to ingest and route data securely. Data Lineage & Quality: Establish rigorous data tracing and monitoring protocols.
