What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years in data or platform engineering, with proven ownership of production data infrastructure, Expert SQL, deep hands-on Snowflake experience, experience with dbt or a similar SQL transformation framework — modeling, testing, documentation, and CI/CD, Experience configuring and operating pipeline tooling such as Fivetran, Airbyte, or Segment at scale, hands-on AWS experience (our cloud), including data services like S3, Glue, Lambda, or EMR, Python skills for custom pipelines and automation, Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, event, or content platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, or event streams
Nice to Have
Other clouds are a plus but not a substitute, Healthcare experience — especially pharmaceutical claims, HCP, or health system data — is a plus, Able to explain architecture decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders

building the joins and transformations that make them actionable for commercial measurement and clinical personalization
Define and enforce engineering best practices — code standards
and data dictionary — so analytics and data science can move fast without breaking things
and optimize pipeline performance
resolving data quality and availability issues before they block analytics
Stay current with the modern data stack and introduce new tools — connectors

Partner with analytics
