Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience working with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar. Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a big plus.
