What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in Tech Consulting, 3+ years at a Principal level, Proficiency in Python, Proficiency in SQL, Hands-on experience with Agentic workflows (ADK, A2A and MCP), Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, Hands-on experience with Google cloud’s data, analytics and AI tech stack, Experience with solution design in complex enterprise environments, Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and data access controls, Expertise in complex SQL and data transformation, Proven experience with large-scale data systems and advanced analytics solutions, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely, Experienced in providing technical leadership on multiple projects, Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, London based, Willing to travel to client sites (London area) ~3 days/week
What You'll Do.
Lead the design of data models
visualisation layers and autonomous agent workflows
Construct and maintain comprehensive logical and physical data models
Develop insightful data visualisations with modern capabilities
Lead clients from concept to proof of value to production reality
Govern UK project teams’ solution and architecture designs
Review feature implementations and testing strategies
Build deep trust with client technical and business executives
Guide clients through their approach to data
Tinker with new tools
models and frameworks
Connect the dots between business problems and tangible solutions
Build hands-on when needed
