## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: **We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Broking team at Marsh Group.** This role will be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Working within the largest Cyber broking practice in Australia, you will be responsible for the growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of business containing large and complex accounts. You will manage and develop client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, pursue new business opportunities, and expand the range of Marsh products and services the client holds. **Principal - Cyber** **We will count on you to:** * Manage & expand a low-risk portfolio of key cyber accounts, with long standing relationships with Marsh * Execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with colleagues across divisions and global placement teams, in accordance with client instructions * Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to secure new business and projects * Identify opportunities for account expansion by leveraging internal service offerings, market trends, and the business standing of specific accounts * Participate in industry events, conferences, and client functions to build a strong professional network and represent Marsh and its solutions **What you need to have:** * 5+ years of insurance broking experience, preferably within Cyber or Financial Lines * An active insurance broker’s license * Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills * Highly motivated, with a client, service and solutions mindset * Ability to present to and develop relationships at the senior leadership or C-suite level **What makes you stand out:** * Strong current experience in a cyber broking or underwriting role * Prior experience managing a portfolio of complex accounts * In-depth knowledge of insurance and strategic client engagement * A
