Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent, 4-6 years experience, Mastery in Spanish & English and local language
What You'll Do.
Execute operational activities related to quote
order management process
and contract life-cycle management
Ensure sales orders are completed from quote to delivery
Produce deal documentation
Configure systems to reflect ordering processes
Generate invoices and client billing
update and validate customer and deal information
Produce reports and analyses of sales processing activities
Solve common and complex business issues
Recommend appropriate alternatives
Act as a team or project leader
Provide direction to team activities
Facilitate information validation and team decision making process
Identify and select a solution
Handle most unique situations
Seek advice on complex business issues
Responsible for sales processing and process improvement
Review performance of sales processing activities
Analyze results to develop forecasts
Identify issues and opportunities
Resolve claims or inquiries
Communicate data and issue analysis to clients and stakeholders
Provide feedback and propose changes to sales processes
Provide guidance and mentoring to staff
