Manage EVMS performance
Review labor and material actuals
Support analysis of actuals vs plan
Support schedule status analysis
Support cost/schedule integration analysis
Support cost/schedule performance analysis
Support corrective action plans
Support performance recovery plans
Support rolling wave baseline planning
Support Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
Support Latest Revised Estimate (LRE)
Support Estimate at Completion (EAC)
Contribute to EVM-related deliverables
Prepare for Integrated Baseline Reviews
Execute Integrated Baseline Reviews
Support Government Surveillance Reviews
