With approximately 79,000 employees, IQVIA conducts operations in more than 100 countries. **Principal, Consulting (Turkey)** **Job Overview:** We're currently looking for a **Principal** to join and lead the _Turkish Consulting Unit_ , reporting directly into IQVIA Turkey General Manager. The person will work directly with clients to provide value added input and deliver projects built around strategic issues of lifescience industry (_salesforce effectiveness, commercial excellence, go-to-market strategy, market access, etc._). He/she will have responsibility for ensuring delivery of high levels of client satisfaction. The selected candidate will lead **high-impact projects** , **inspire** and **coordinate** a **talented team** , and drive innovation across the Turkey Consulting division. If you're passionate about data-driven strategy and eager to make a difference, this is your chance to take the lead in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Main Responsibilities:** • Primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value. • Meets or exceeds **assigned revenue targets** by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues. • Seeks out and identifies **new revenue opportunities** at existing and potential clients – ensures a continuous flow of business from client engagements.
