Must Have
9+ years consulting/IT services experience, 5+ years ServiceNow focus, Lead large, complex, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations, Deep expertise ServiceNow ecosystem, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), At least one CIS certification, Proficient in JavaScript, Proficient in Glide API, Proficient in Web Services (REST, SOAP), Process modeling, Process optimization, Translate business requirements to technical solutions, Fluent German, Fluent English

Knowledge in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, GRC, HRSD, CSM, Asset Management, Hands-on platform implementation, Hands-on data modeling, Hands-on integrations, Hands-on IT service processes, Communicate technical/strategic topics to C-level, Visionary, consulting personality, High quality standards, Experience in Pre-Sales, Experience in Solution Design, Experience in RFPs, Experience in proposal processes, Lead teams, Share knowledge, Develop consultants, Independent work style, Strategic thinking, Team player
