Must Have
9+ years consulting/IT services experience, 5+ years ServiceNow focus, Lead large, complex, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), At least one CIS certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM), Proficient in JavaScript, Proficient in Glide API, Proficient in Web Services (REST, SOAP), Process modeling, Process optimization, Translate business requirements to technical solutions, Fluent German, Fluent English
