9+ years consulting/IT services experience, 5+ years ServiceNow focus, Lead large, complex ServiceNow implementations, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), 1+ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM or similar), JavaScript knowledge, Glide API knowledge, Web Services (REST, SOAP) knowledge, Process modeling skills, Process optimization skills, Translate business requirements to technical solutions, Fluent German, Fluent English
