What They're Looking For.
Must Have
9 years experience in consulting or IT services, 5 years experience with ServiceNow, Experience in leading large, complex, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations, Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform design, and technical implementation, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), At least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM), JavaScript, Glide API, Web Services (REST, SOAP), Process modeling, Process optimization, Translate business requirements into technical solutions, Very good German and English skills, Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Nice to Have
Knowledge in multiple ServiceNow areas (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, GRC, HRSD, CSM, Asset Management), Hands-on experience with platform implementation, Data modeling, Integrations, IT service processes, Communicate technical and strategic topics to C-level, Visionary, consulting-strong personality, Ownership mentality, High quality standards, Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, RFPs, or proposal processes, Lead teams technically, Share knowledge, Develop consultants, Independent work style, Strategic thinking, Team strength

Act as Trusted Advisor for stakeholders

Develop technical specifications
Act as Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow modules
Design complex integrations
Design custom applications on ServiceNow
Support Pre-Sales activities
Provide technical leadership
Mentor Senior and Junior Consultants
Develop own expertise
Share knowledge with the team
