Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, 10+ years in a Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering experience, Exceptional analytical, problem solving, project/time management and managerial skills, technical writing, ability to write persuasive documents, construct high-impact storylines, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Proven success contributing to a team-oriented environment, Ability to learn quickly, adapt based on the needs of clients, focus on solutions, not problems, Demonstrated ability to lead a dynamic, cohesive team, work effectively in a team environment, Actively work to develop areas of expertise, Growth Mindset, Customer Collaboration, Planning and Prioritizing, Commitment to Action, Change Agility
Nice to Have
Master's degree is preferred, Power & Renewables and/or Oil & Gas sectors is preferred
