What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Chartered or Incorporated Civil/Structural Engineer, Proven experience in coordinating or managing a Civil Structural engineering design delivery team for a design consultancy including within a multi-disciplinary environment, Knowledge and practical experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures, Practical knowledge of current Eurocodes design codes and standards, Knowledge of industry best practices, Knowledge of CDM Regulations, Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance, Proficiency in applicable analytical software and related tools, Demonstrates communication skills, Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively within diverse multi-disciplinary teams
Nice to Have
Knowledge of other international design codes such as American codes, Experience in nuclear or defence projects, Experience in dynamic or seismic design
