Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, CPEng status, RPEQ or willingness to obtain, Experience in successfully managing projects meeting Client objectives, Technical expertise in civil design, Knowledge of relevant guidelines, Knowledge of Australian Standards, Knowledge of Local Council Planning Schemes, Understanding of greenfield projects
Nice to Have
Chartered Engineer, Leadership abilities, Significant technical expertise in large-scale greenfield and brownfield developments, Significant technical expertise in commercial, industrial, and medium-density projects, Organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities
What You'll Do.
Provide technical expertise and advice
Lead and deliver high quality proposal documentation
Lead project teams of engineers
Assist in reviewing technical deliverables
Manage work technically and contractually
Undertake financial management of projects
