10+ years’ professional experience in civil and multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, demonstrated leadership capabilities, exceptional technical expertise in civil engineering within a consultancy environment, Relevant tertiary Civil Engineering degree, Extensive QLD experience in concept to execution phases of multi-disciplinary civil design projects, project management, road design, detailed and bulk earthworks design, construction quality assurance, drainage, water management design, general civil works, Leadership of projects and proposals, overseeing design, budgets, schedules, client relationships, business development, following projects from concept through to construction, Prior experience working on resource projects, knowledge and application of applicable Client, Austroads, TMR, Local Government and Regulatory Authority standards relating to civil design and water management, Demonstrated knowledge and experience in preparing technical specifications for design documentation such as reports, drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates, Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop business, project manage, Proven leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels
