Must Have
Masters or Doctorate in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Materials Science, 10+ years experience connecting materials science with product application engineering, Proven leadership experience in complex organization, Ability to mentor and influence in collaborative, cross-functional matrixed group, Proven ability to lead, influence, and gain buy-in and trust, Ability to inform weighing of significant product decisions, Ability to challenge the status quo, Computer skills including MS office
Nice to Have
Experience with footwear is a large benefit, Prior experience managing technical associates is a plus, Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus
