What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience in a senior or principal business analyst or similar role, Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Customers, Order management, pricing, intercompany, scheduling, shipping execution and Receivables integration, in sales and service areas, techno-functional experience in designing and supporting integration between Oracle EBS and external systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs, and file-based interfaces, Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in a global manufacturing and distribution environment, Ability to take and follow directions and instructions, Ability to interact with other employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, or the public, in a safe, professional, and respectful manner, Access to sensitive and confidential business systems and software, personally identifying information, the company’s financial information, and/or the ability to maintain physical security and safety, Trustworthiness, reliability, and good judgment

Nice to Have

Experience with Installed base, Working exposure to Financials (GL, AP, AR) and Supply Chain Planning process interactions, Experience leveraging with AI capabilities within Oracle EBS, Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications

Partner with the business system analysts, business users and technical teams; Collaborate with global teams; Collaborate with Sales, Customer service and other stakeholders; Partner with cross-functional business groups
