Must Have
At least 4 years of experience in credit, lending, relationship management, or any combination of the three, At least 1 year of experience with mission-driven lending or investments or community development lending or investments
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience, 5+ years of experience in program management, CDFI, small business lending, or any combination of the three, Experience collaborating with and coordinating a variety of stakeholders, including more senior stakeholders, Completion of formal credit training program, or equivalent work experience
What You'll Do.
Support preparation of credit approval packages
Assist in due diligence
underwriting or asset reviews of individual transactions in compliance with policies and procedures
Support portfolio management activities by monitoring financial performance and risk exposure
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess feasibility
Gather market data to support underwriting

Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies
Lead the analysis and evaluation of opportunities
