Principal Associate, SEC Accounting Are you ready to help revolutionize financial reporting? You will be a key driver in leading automation initiatives, serving as the critical liaison between business strategy and technology, partner with internal customers and stakeholders to problem solve, support day-to-day operations and maximize the value they get from using Workiva. Responsibilities: * Assist our Finance business teams in understanding core technology capabilities including applications, platforms, and underlying technologies at the software, operating system, and infrastructure levels and how to leverage them for the greatest impact * Think through interdependencies, proactively identify and resolve issues, and make recommendations that are focused on our future state * Work within and across Agile teams to design, configure, test, implement, and support both technical and business solutions for external reporting systems * Provide technical leadership during implementation including the development of strategies to verify requirements are being met, testing and issue resolution, and the tuning and optimization of solutions from a performance, resiliency, reliability, and scalability perspective * Engage on enterprise and team initiatives and support more junior staff and project contractors as they analyze and help identify and write business requirements * Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalation * Manage customer relationships, address customer escalations and communicate with
