What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience, At least 3 years of experience planning, building, and analyzing marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, At least 3 years of experience leveraging SQL queries to build target audiences
Nice to Have
3+ years of journey orchestration experience in Financial Services or other regulated industry, 3+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hightouch, or other CDP and enterprise MAPs, 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity, 2+ years leveraging Workfront or other project management systems, 2+ years of Risk Management experience, Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications: Administrator, Developer, and/or Email Specialist, BPM, Lean, PMP Certifications, Experience writing and editing SSJS

Consulting with Strategy Leads to design journeys
build audiences and test campaigns
Translating audience insights into marketing plans
Building testing agendas
Collaborating with partners to execute campaigns
streamlining and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys
Building and filtering audiences
Designing and executing cross-channel SFMC journeys based on Marketer requirements
Bringing expertise in personalization and marketing automation
Infusing leading practices around dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns
Partnering with CapitalOne MarTech leads for support related to new capability development
platform integrations and / or omni-channel execution
Establishing a network of help and relationships across partners
Delivering efficient and effective campaigns
and documenting technical processes to enable marketing teams
Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance
Offering actionable insights for optimization
How You'll Work.

Partner with Marketing Strategy leads; Partner with CapitalOne MarTech leads; Establish a network of help and relationships across partners (business, creative, martech, data, operations, etc.); Working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
