Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, At least 3 years of experience in physical access control management or security systems, At least 3 years of experience working with physical access control systems, including hardware, software, and credential management, At least 3 years of experience managing vendor relationships and system service agreements, Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements (for example: OSHA, GDPR)
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Facilities management, or related field, At least 2 years experience working with OnGuard Lenel software (or equivalent access control software), At least 2 years experience working with Security Integrators regarding troubleshooting electronic card readers and other access control devices, At least 2 years experience in Corporate Badging & Security Operations, At least 1 year experience in project management support (use of Jira or other project management tools), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)

Continually optimizing physical access control systems
Ensuring efficient and secure management of access levels and permissions
Completing system audits and troubleshooting
Monitoring system performance
Making recommendations for improvements
Coordinating with vendors and service providers
Utilizing system tools to ensure compliance
Acting as the primary point of contact for physical access control issues
Addressing access needs
Maintaining strict confidentiality concerning all special access control requests or work
Assisting with entitlement assignments/requests for advanced user access
