Bachelor's Degree or military experience, 1+ years of experience facilitating and conducting Risk Assessments, 1+ years of experience developing presentations for senior stakeholders, 1+ years of experience reporting and analyzing data, 3+ years of financial services or risk management experience, 4+ years of project or process management experience, 4+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients, Professional certifications within risk management or assurance (Certified Risk Management Professional, Certified Internal Auditor)
