Must Have
Vocational training at higher level, 8 years relevant experience, Knowledge of power/electrical distribution systems, Knowledge of building maintenance, Knowledge of modern building technical standards, Knowledge of local fire standards, Experience with administration software, Experience prioritising high volume workload, Good written and spoken English, Good knowledge of building technical regulations
Nice to Have
Experience with presentation systems, Good awareness of hazardous materials, Knowledge with no-break diesel generator, Knowledge of building mechanical systems, Practical experience in central heating repair, Experience in international environment, Knowledge of NATO responsibilities
What You'll Do.
Manage/coordinate/execute maintenance and modifications
Manage daily activities for electro-technical team
Manage and monitor BMS
Set up maintenance programme
Assist in planning replacements
modifications and upgrading
Keep technical documentation up-to-date
Manage technical outages
Implement lessons learned
Monitor and provide optimizations for consumption
Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance
Supervise modifications
Assist in installation of experimental equipment
Assist in fitting-out laboratories
Assist in fitting-out test beds
Assist in fitting-out computer facilities
Supervise and assist in relocation of office furniture
Supervise and assist in relocation of technical equipment
