Must Have
Bachelor’s degree/ Master's degree and 12 to 17 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience, Proven experience of implementing and managing multiple Anaplan Planning solutions, Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner, Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like Jira, Possesses learning agility and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail, Outstanding interpersonal skills and technical leadership, Foster a culture of innovation to evaluate and introduce new technologies
Nice to Have
Experience in Scenario planning and AI/ML modeling, Experience with cloud ETL tools (e. g Databricks), PowerBI, solution design and problem-solving skills, understanding of technology, function, or platform, Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions, Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutions, Master Anaplanner certification, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams
