## Accountabilities In this role, you will serve as a senior analytical authority responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across core business areas, with a strong focus on translating complex information into strategic direction. Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to define key business questions, success metrics, and analytical frameworks supporting strategic priorities. Lead deep-dive analyses across growth, performance, and operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. Develop scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and self-serve analytics tools to improve visibility and decision speed across the organization. Design and maintain core KPI definitions and measurement systems to ensure consistency across teams and business units. Proactively surface insights and recommendations that influence roadmap decisions, operational improvements, and investment prioritization. Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data quality, instrumentation, and analytical infrastructure. Communicate findings through compelling narratives tailored for executive and board-level audiences. Requirements: This role requires a highly experienced analytics professional with strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-impact environments. 7–10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related analytical roles in high-growth or enterprise environments. Advanced proficiency in SQL, with strong ability to manipulate large, complex datasets and build robust analytical models. Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference methodologies. Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, Hex, or similar platforms.
