This role is responsible for re‑architecting Physical Security, SOC/GSOC Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Insider Risk programs to reduce manual workload, improve risk identification, and enable faster, more accurate security decision‑making. The ideal candidate combines strong security technology fundamentals with deep understanding of AI‑enabled operational transformation. This position is not dedicated to tool maintenance or incremental improvement; it is chartered to fundamentally redesign how security work is performed. **Responsibilities:** * **Security Transformation Driven by Technology** \- Build and complete a multi‑year roadmap to transform Physical Security, SOC/GSOC Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Insider Risk programs into technology‑enhanced, intelligence‑led capabilities. Redesign security operations around AI agents and automation, shifting from reactive, manual processes to scalable, machine‑assisted workflows. * **AI Agent Automation & Workload Reduction** \- Identify security tasks suitable for AI agent automation or AI‑assisted execution, including triage, enrichment, correlation, and investigation preparation. Deploy AI agents to reduce workload and cognitive burden.
