Your mission: You’ll be figuring out how to harness the potential of AI to scale your impact as a content designer, quickly test and iterate on your ideas with a huge degree of freedom and flexibility, and learn as part of your day-to-day work as this technology evolves. You’ll be shaping the core Wise Assistant experience for Support and beyond. You will build the system that guides our customers through all parts of the Wise product, and gives them quick and reliable help exactly when they need it. How you’ll contribute: * Together with a team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists, you’ll design the system from the ground up to shape how Wise delivers conversational AI experiences that help our customers in the exact moment they need help. * You’ll collaborate with your engineering, data science, product, and design partners to set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver it. * You’ll be influential in your product area, understanding and prioritising content needs and delivering on the most impactful projects across multiple teams. * Working with design leaders from other squads, you’ll standardise and systematise experiences for customers. * Using your content skills, you’ll level up content design quality and maturity across the Support squad. * Part of the Content Guild, you’ll regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.
