You will leverage strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to implement HR programs that align with Medtronic's strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs, fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: This position will be primarily focused on driving strategic initiatives through effective communication and adaptability. Provide operational and tactical HR functions, including employee relations, policy administration, compliance, and talent management. Provide HR support at the site or regional level and serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders. Provide agile project support to adapt to changing needs.
