What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience, At least 8 years of professional experience in all aspects of technical project management, Experience in program management principles, methodologies, and tools, Experience with delivering technical projects through the entire product development lifecycle, Experience with earned value management, budget, and cost control, Experience with risk and opportunity management, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
At least 10 years of experience Project Management experience, At least 5 years of experience with earned value management, Prior experience with precision optical or visual display products, Experience with spaceborne, airborne, or ruggedized optical and/or visual display systems, Familiarity with cleanroom practices, electro-optical, opto-mechanical and/or optical assembly techniques and best practices
