What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic engineering or similar, Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, Expert knowledge of PLC's, Extensive programming and diagnosis experience in a manufacturing environment, Proven track record of leading the full life cycle of introducing automated equipment, Experience in feasibility and design stages, Knowledge and experience specifying and validating vision systems, Demonstrated experience working in a role that involves expertise in various fields and disciplines, Ability to adapt to different roles and work effectively in different areas of the business, Proven ability to work effectively and proactively on cross-functional and cross-site teams, Experienced project manager, Excellent communicator with fluency in English
