What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant academic field, Ability to breakdown and assimilate detailed information to model the pricing, components, economics and commercial application of financial instruments, Experience in financial services with proven knowledge of investment banking and financial markets, The ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and succinctly, with high standards for written communication and presentations, Basic quantitative skills, including financial modelling in Excel
Nice to Have
Understanding of accounting, regulatory (prudential) and legal concepts, Inquisitiveness and desire to develop structuring skillset with application to Prime/Equities/Fixed Income Financing businesses
What You'll Do.
Working with clients to optimise the Liquid Financing relationship
Provide best-in-class service and escalation oversight
Primary contact for Liquid Financing clients in areas such as trading
billing and reporting
Provide expertise on industry and regulatory initiatives
Subject matter expert for our clients
with a deep understanding of each client’s business mix
operational requirements and product sensitivities
Advise and influence decision making
Contribute to policy development
Take responsibility for operational effectiveness
Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions
Lead a team performing complex tasks
Set objectives and coach employees
Appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes
Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members
Identify new directions for assignments and/or projects
Consult on complex providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues
Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda
